Just to let everyone know, that we have been down the track this morning, to get everything ready for tomorrow, (4wd mid south regional)and it seems we have had some issues with flooding. After a number of hours we have done what we can to get the meeting running tomorrow.
This is just a note, (as we know many travel some distance), that there is a chance we have to cancel the meeting. We are going down the field later today to make a decision, but please keep checking this forum, as there will be a note later, (yes or no). Not sure exaclty what time we will post, but it will have to be before it gets dark :-)

Right, just got back from the track, and it has been decided we are going to run the meeting.
I will put a proviso, in that if we do have rain tonight then their is a small chance the meeting could be cancelled. Having looked at the weather forecasts, I think there is only a very slim chance of this happening. It has been very dry here today.
Please be patient with us tomorrow, as a huge amount of work has been put in the track today, just to make sure we can all have a good days racing.
