The part number is ot-85 I've seen them on ebay but only from the states has anyone got one in there boxes that I could tease away from them new or used just want to get it all back together with out waiting for postage from america
Anyhelp is greatly received
Also I've noticed a lot of lwb and swb chassis the car I have is a original kyosho optima mid the box has yellow outline and the car has the white bodyshell on the box if I wanted to buy a new chassis which one do I need lwb,swb oris there a option that's a normal one?
Once again any help is much appreciated thanks guys

The centre gear is the weak spot in the gearbox, so I expect it will be hard to find someone with a spare one. Pargu (http://www.pargustore.com/ot-85-center-gear-vintage-kyosho-optima-mid-series.html) makes an alloy one, but I don't know anyone who has used one.

As for chassis, if it's a narrow chassis with stick pack battery holders it's short wheelbase, if it's a wide chassis with cutouts for saddle pack batteries it's long wheelbase.

I HAVE THE pargu2000 alloy center gear and its great. you should try it. it holds up to the 8.5T i am using on my Mid.
