A couple of questions for Mossy and Matt White to answer, how cleando the diffs stay on the SX? are you having to clean them fairly often, or are they pretty well sealed?
How much, if any time is been spent on testing the LiPo chassis? as thats the one I think I'd go for when its out.

The diff rings go right to the inside edge of the pulley so there's very little room for dirt/dust to get in there, especially with a bit of silicone grease around.

Cool, cheers for that Jimmy
Just having a BX, I'm well aware of the diffs getting crunchy after a few meetings.
Really looking forward to the Cat coming out, a car made for our tracks, on our tyres, got to be better then all these cars made for a blue groove track and Proline micro spike tyres that we never use.

My CAT2000 diffs had some fairly efficient dust covers. I hope Schumacher have not forgotten about them.

John, diff rebuilds don't seem to be an issue. The car i have been running has done a lot of mileage, and we haven't had to rebuild it since i have raced it - i have done 4 meetings i think, and diff still feels silkey. I was assured by the factory that diffs have been very good and not causing any issues.
The pic that Jimmy has posted is of my front diff - as i had one way in at the time.
As for LiPo car, it has been tested for sure, but i haven't personally. So not sure how much that helps!!

Agree with Matt. The diffs on my SX are still super smooth. Had no issues with them and only cleaned them due to takin the car apart after kiddy.
As for the Lipo car, I have done some testing with it but been focusing on the conventional 4/2 car for obvious reasons at the moment. The lipo car will continue to be tested as we progress.
