My son's switch has broken on his Losi Speedo, found them eventually at various shops, but they're damn expensive for what they are! Noticed whilst looking though, that a Hobbywing one looks exactly the same and is less than half the price and a much more acceptable price for a switch.

What I'm wondering, is... If it'll work? Has anyone on here had any experience with this or, what do you guys reckon? You know what its like, on your own, you're a little hesitant, but with backup, you'll generally take the plunge...

Losi p/n: LOSB9366

HW p/n: HW 609

Thanks in advance for any help, suggestions, laughing at etc etc...

Hi russ,

I cant see why the hobbywing switch wnt work. A switch does the same job lol.As long as you wire it round the right way! ;)

P.s When will i be seeing you trackside at WMCC?

Cheers

Matt. ;)

Matt,

If it was a straight forward switch, I wouldn't give a monkey's, I've got loads, but this has the setup button integrated into it, hence my hesitation...

Think I'll just be a man and order it... Rebel ! lol

And as for seeing me trackside, build an off road track and we'll be there :p

Although to be fair, I still have everything TC etc...
