Having looked at the pictures, I'm not seeing a difference.

The DESC410 does actually look like a short course truck...

Thats cause the DESC410 IS a Short Course truck, the link above is for the new DEST210, ST - Stadium Truck, 210 - 2wd 10th.... DESC410 - SC - Short Course - 410 - 4wd 10th

If you're already into rc you know you'll need one.
People who just got into the rc business nearly always start with an Rtr
