It's a very old brushless, one of the original generation.

I believe it's around 5.5, but power has gone up dramatically since these were around so might only be as fast as a modern 7.5/8.5.

Not a bad motor, just outclassed now by more modern stuff

I wonder where you saw that ;-)

We have plenty of other real good brushless motors on offer there though besides the Nosram all under £40, from the likes of Trinity (Nemesis and Speedgem BL), Orion (Vortex) or Speed Passion.

If you looking to spend a "little" bit more (up to £50) then we have motors from the likes of Corally, EPIC (Duo 3), Trinity (Duo 3), Losi, LRP (Eraser or X11), Novak (Velociti) or Peak (Vantage) all in stock and ready for despatch.........

A Vampire Racing SR1 ESC with Type AB+ motor combo woud be ideal for you.

The Vampire stuff is top notch quality (making National and Euro A finals this year alone) but the price is much lower than many of the other "top" end brands out there.

The SR1 ESC/Type AB+ combo we sell for just £174.95 (RRP £194.99) and for that you get a real high quality ESC and a choice of 6.5/7.5/8.5 motor to go with it.

If you get a chance, speak to either Rich Lowe, Dan Greenwood or James Wilkinson, who all race up that way and use this same equipment to very good effect.
