Well said. They team is pretty small which means, that they have only one project at a time. Now when SVR is ready for market, they start some other new project. Traditionally next new release will be in Toy Fair in February 2013. =)

I really hope a new more aggressive and durable sx3, which works better on clay tracks.

durable sx3, wow, mine almost never breaks, in 6 months, 2 rear wishbones, one front wishbones and a top deck( but i had dremelled it lol)...

has to be the most durable 4wd ever. IMHO...........

but cant comment about clay etc, as run on astro/carpet 90%:)

I would be glad to see the followings mods:
- gear diffs (maybe optional)
- getting rid of the internal reduction. I know, schumacher loves it, but for me, this is one of the most useless features... With this, it becomes possible, the flp the motor to the other side. Positive side effect: the wiring can become shorter and "easier".
- they should modify, the way the front wishbone is fitted. Way to complicated.

With the mods, the car can become lighter. Mine is too heavy for the 1588gr.
I`m waiting for lighter saddle-pack Lipos. No one needs 6000mAh and more and they are too heavy.

If you read the RC Ottowa report for Tom Cockerill there is a comment about Tom bringing with him a new model with him, could this be a new 4wd or a short course truck?

I still think it will be a while till they change the sx3.... but who knows...

They NEED a SC tuck, as they dont have one. I would be very tempted in one if they made it. althou, liking the new tlr 22sct thats out. oh the choices....

It better be a while before they change the SX3... The things I heard about it were pretty good, and I don't think people are waiting for a brand (especially a comparatively small one) to change all their models every year. :p They better make big steps in performance and take longer to develop them than the other way around I guess.

Last March I had an opportunity to visit Shumacher HQ in Northampton and Robin Schumacher said that they had to pretty much evolve the car each year to stay ahead of the competition, especially as cheaper brands were able to quickly copy their technology.

It would be good to see one of the main players in the market do a new layout in a 4wd that takes advantage of the new shorty Lipo's. I know I saw a prototype of one from Japan on Oople the other day.
