Do the BRCA state a minimum or maximum width for tracks that apply for a Regoinal or National?
If so, what is it please?

i'm sure national is minimum 8ft wide and straight minimum of 25m long. think regionals have a smaller minimum. it's all in the handbook if you have one to hand.

actually, straight may be 20m long not 25. but width is 8ft, pretty sure on that. someone with a hand book will be able to confirm.

Taken from the handbook
14.5 At all National format events outdoors track will be a minimum of 3 metres wide and minimum of 130 meters in length.
14.6At sanctioned events other than nationals (aka regionals) track must be a minimum of 2.4 metres wide.
14.7 The straight for starting finals will be a minimum of 20 metres long with no obstructions including any sort of jump or sudden rise of fall.
