Hmmm i don't think you could be further away from R/C clubs if you tried...

There was a thread recently on possible North Wales tracks -

Don't know what 1/8 or circuit tracks could be up there as they don't interest me !

Owestry is probably nearest to you, then Ludlow, Hereford/leominster and the two Telford clubs are probably your best bet for 1/10 offroad, but wherever you go i would say your in for a long drive... :(

Lol sorry m'man, didnt mean to sound negative... its bad enough for me... an hour minimum to any club, if i go from work its another 20 minutes on top of that.

Hey ho, nice place to live, just a long way to drive anywhere

I would start a club but that would be very expensive and I'm only 13, I have to spend most of my money just keeping my cars running!!

13? well time for your first project little dude. do you have many mates with rc cars? are you or your parents friendly with a local farmer who could lend you a field?

all you need is a few other people willing to help you out mate. do some research on how to start a club - it's all good life experience :)
