ALL, please be aware! Our landlord has surprised us once again!

Those that have been to EPR recently may have seen the tented village that the landlords have created to 'house' the staff brought in for some of the Traffic Management jobs created by the London 2012 Olympics.

Well they've created another one for the Paralympics, small this one but without consultation they've sited it right next to the track!
And when I say right next to I mean right next to! There is no space for pitting directly trackside!

I have been to the track this evening and have met with one of the management team, Simon, who apologised, not thinking that we had a meeting during the Games time! Though they had not bothered to ask either!

There are holes and runs amongst the tents (which all bar oen are unoccupied) so you can pitch in these if needs be otherwise the Club Langley managemnt have said that we can use the tents on Sunday should we want to.

WE WOULD ASK THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEIR TENTS THAT YOU DO SO CAREFULLY, THEY ARE BRAND NEW AND WE DO NOT WANT ANY DAMAGE PLEASE!

It will look and feel slightly strange but it should not affect the running of this meeting and there is still plenty of space for pitting and parking around the tents!

Right latest update on the situation trackside!

The deal is that when you enter through the gate to the playing fields adjacent to the track that you look for the roped off area to your LEFT!
We ask that you park along the left-hand side row of tents as close to the tents as possible and as far off the footbal pictches as possible!
PLEASE DO NOT TURN RIGHT AND PARK IN THE HOLES AMONGST THE TENTS, THERE SHOULD BE A ROPE STOPPING YOU!

We then suggest that you set-up your pitting tents, gazebo's and EZ-UP's in the holes and 'avenues' that run amongst the tents, there looks to be plenty of space if drivers use it sensibly.

Just imagine that it's a big meeting and your looking for holes in amongst drivers that have got there before you!

And finally, can we please have a little thought for others as the second tent on the right does have campers in it so please do not disturb them too early!

Think that covers it, still awaiting an apology from our landlords but not holding my breath!
