Hi,
After painting a shell do you remove the window masks when the paint is wet or dry?
Thanks,
Sam

Dry, I tend to leave mine a few days, mainly through lack of time to do it earlier

I do mine when I've finished the paint.
After I've dried the paint with the heat gun.
Although liquid mad is hard to remove if it's warm.

I prefer to leave it overnight but many times have removed it after painting and drying/curing with the hairdryer/heat gun.
I would usually put the dryer on the cool function first though and cool the liquid mask because as matt says liquid mask is a pain to remove if warm.
if your using standard paint window masks Id just score the edge and take them straight off. :)
