good day at the office - You could say that!!!!

Darren was at the front until first pit stop and then had radio problems, think he managed to get some water in his receiver!! lads luck has got to change soon!!

The final was 45mins!!! that is a long time for a 1/10 electric boy :D

Nice one Si

Just to compare with my national experience.......:(

Left London on Sunday morning, got stuck on the M42 for 5 hours after the police closed the road after an accident/diesel spill.

Finally arrived at the track just as my heat (rd 4 of qualifying) was starting. Decided not to bother going out in round 5, with the weather the way it was bumping up from the last final woulda been impossible so I went home.

What a great national......!

yes i think spash said darrens got water in the reciever..i didnt think the track was wet enough in that sense, maybe from the bottom of the dip?

si willets had a clutchbell problem and lost all drive from a solid 4th place.

kev brunsden had a siezed diff bearing which dropped him from a good 5th position.

it was a miracle anyone finished, the track was..to be honest crap!

you didnt miss much rich..you couldnt see any of the bumps because all the track looked the same muddy brown colour..you knew they were there, but you couldnt see em!

just couldnt get the car hooked up right, was ok for a few minutes then just went off, catching every rut available and basically being a pig to drive.

he just missed the bump up by a couple of seconds too
