Not sure what is "best" but I use Tamiya stuff at the moment which works well, the silicone grease is a bit thicker than some of the stuff ive used before like the AE stuff. Just got some of their "AW anti wear" grease which I use on my CVD's and such like, seems to do a good job.
For the thrust race I use the MIP cvd grease I have lying around, its red the stuff

Trust race i use AE black lube, in the diff i use AE stealth lube.
On losi i use losi lube and White lube in the thrust race.

I find the losi and ae silicone stuff to be a bit thin and watery, or at least sometimes it can be / after 5 seconds of running.

are you talking about on the gears there ashley ? I dont think the tamiya ceramic is meant for ball differentials.
