What's the differences with the tc02c and the factory team version and what's the price difference?

What's the differences with the tc02c and the factory team version and what's the price difference?

The team version has alloy hubs and some other alloy bits. It also has the big bore shocks and I think carbon towers.
Other than that they have the same car layout and the tc02c can be upgraded with the alloy option parts.
