Try a company called cromwell.
they are an industrial surplyers but they do every thing you can think of
m3 x 8mm counter sink.. £7.71 for 100
i can get discount on that too. thay also do
metric.unc.bsw.bsf.unf.and ba threads

Box of 100 18-8 SS socket head flat head, (i usually base there for its the most common screw). 2.20 british pound, or $3.53 american dollars. Individual $0.05, or a case of 1000 is $29.80 or 18.60 british pound,

Have a place here in cali, Have to spend a minimum of $100 us dollars, but it boxes fo 1000 can find 3x8 for $0.024 (yes 2.3 cents ) us. and price break at 2500. (still trying to start a rc screw compnay in us myself.
