ever wondered why,there is no front dark green springs made:confused:the front silver's are the same as the rear dark greens:woot:don't care what the kyosho spring rate chart say's.all you have to do,to see my point ,is to put the rear dark green's along side the front silvers.and you will see that the coils are the same distance apart:woot:im very sure about this point,and think kyosho have dropped a clangger in the listing's:thumbdown:

The distance between the coils doesn't matter, it is the wire gauge and type, the diameter of the spring and the number of active coils that make the difference.

It has been a while since I ran the Kyosho but I could find no difference between the kit silvers and the supposedly stiffer "short" #75 bright green springs, I think one of the measured spring charts posted somewhere on here found that the kit #70 were actually stiffer.

Cut down dark greens do seem pretty stiff to me though, I know a few people used them a couple of seasons ago.

you make some valid point's:lol:but it does matter about the distance between the coil's:plook at kyosho's for instance.coil's are furthest apart,same distance(stiffest spring)and on the softest spring,the coil's are closest together,same distance apart:lol:think we'll beg to differ on this one sosidge:eh?:no one take's the mick out of my banana milk shake's:thumbsup:jezabell:lol:
