Ive seen a couple of the SC trucks racing with the buggies, I presume they are 4wd ...

Does the club cater for the 4WD SC outside as well as indoors ...

Considering on of these ....

I presume it would be ok for indoors as well? Any advice would be great ..

Most of the sc are 2wd there's normal a heat of them on w Friday night out doors and theres normally a heat on a Sunday club meet aswell.

Ill look at the 2wd options, many thanks ...im sure the 2 racing indoors on saturday night were 4wd?

Nice, thanks for the heads up ... does the club run a class out doors for these in the spring / summer? what was the slightly smaller black and yellow one? was that 2wd?

Think the smaller black and yellow one is also an ansmann but based on a different model.. not sure if it's 2wd or 4wd though... we run a heat or two on friday nights outdoors and theres always a heat at the snowman series... Usually all 2wd though !

Aaron, whats the best one to get? I liked the Team Associates ...

I dont necessarily want to buy the entry level one and then have to rebuild it with all the better equipment ... some thing that works straight out the box is my future. And one that fits into the classes being raced...

Would recommend looking at some of the more recent released trucks that can be built in a mid motor format more suited to the UK's high grip tracks. Clue in this post!

Like Wes has said there are a few new trucks on the market... Durango/Losi which are both rear/mid motor positions but depending on your budget and your ability you can't go wrong with the Ansmann X2SC/Team C TS2 or a 2nd hand hpi Blitz which are both very cheap (and still competative) by comparison.. Last years short coarse nationals had 4 of the top five drivers using the X2SC (for the majority of the season).. the other was a durango.
