It's not a good idea to race outside during the winter in Finland. That's why we have growing amount of indoor facilities for on-road and off-road racing.
Our Indoor Electric Off-Road Series is called Winterjumps and it's been now running atleast 6 seasons. The series has kind of national indoor championships series reputation, but with slacker rules.
Our control tyre is Schumacher Mini Pin or Mini Spike depending on the surface. Fortunately this season it seems like our races will be raced mainly on concrete floors which gives us outdoor like conditions.
Six races will be held and best of 4 results are counted in final standings.
Venues on the season 2012-2013:
1. Tikkurila
2. Nokia
3. Turku
4. Kuopio
5. Jyväskylä
6. Helsinki
Team finRC (www.finRC.com (http://www.finRC.com)) has been recording videos of most of the A mains. I would like to share our videos with you.
Separate posts of races will follow...
