Niether, the std one with a one piece chassis is the one you want;)
I think the Factory one comes with a front one-way as std, and thats a no no on a BX, has such a good front end on it, you don't need the one-way pulling the car all over the place.
Not sure about the Worlds car, does look very nice.

Yep:thumbsup:
It works though, I'm still quicker with it then my B44 and I've been racing that for most of the year as it was new and shiney, but when the old Yok has to come out to play, I go faster:D, sometimes I wonder why I'm still bothering with the 44 at all:confused:
I think people get to hung up on having to have the latest Factory Team/Worlds kit/Kinwald edition etc, alot of times, those kits are just full of shiney bits, but sometimes those kits are made round the needs for a special track or event, like the World Championships, the Teams will make a car for that track, in the hope of winning, but it doesn't mean it'll work everywhere else.

but does the factory version have the new all in one top deck. The one like the worlds one rather than the two piece deck

Perhaps an email direct to someone working in rcchamps will give you the answer you are seeking for. straight from the horse's mouth so to speak.
I believe you have already been in conversation with them in regards to purchasing the BX.

For the record I have had all 3 versions of the BX
1. Original BX - exposed diffs got a bit notchy at the best of times and maintenance was a pain. weak universals and diff ourdrives. I designed up f + r diff covers which helped immensely, but still a high level of maintenace to make sure driveline is free.
2. BX Factory - Few updated bits and pieces but essentially the same kit. Updated with oneway up front (only) and pre built universals. New body shell.
3. BX Worlds - Lots of changes - single piece chassis and top decks, shock towers, new rear bulkhead. New updated "original" BX shell with double air vents. Rear enclosed diff covers from Yokomo available for worlds version.
Personally I found the Worlds suited my style of driving and our dusty loose dirt tracks the best. It was more stable and had plenty a lot more steering. To the point where I went back to a dual diff setup.
PS. You would have noticed I wrote the above in past tense... I drive a shafty now ;)

Manual is in Japanese, apparently if you buy it from some of the US/Canadian ebay people it will be in English (which makes sense of course!)
As someone who has it from champ, would massively appreciate if anyone has an English manual though???

alternatively buy it in the UK, then you'll get an English manual guaranteed.
oh, but that would involve supporting a uk shop, silly me.

I'm not sure that any UK shops are selling the Worlds kit Jim, so it makes it a bit hard to support your local shop.
I did hear from someone, that The Raceplace was maybe going to be doing it, but I'm not sure if they are yet.
Good god Vinny, i have only been away for 2 days and you have already started 2 threads in 2 different manufactures sections asking which one will dominate.
JUST BUY A CAR
Out of interest, when was the last time you raced Vinmag :woot:

I'd have gladly spent the extra buying from the UK to get an English manual, but couldn't find it anywhere!? Don't get me wrong, I buy loads from abroad if it's cheaper, but where buying local has an advantage am happy to (for example, got the xx4 and x5 upgrade from UK)!
Went for Champ as it was them or a Canadian place I'd never heard of!
