is it just me or did anyone else notice the TD Alloy Shock Caps on Stafford's DEX210 ? if you look at the pic those shock caps are not normal plastic Team Durango shock caps. They are made of alloy and logo'd with Team Durango. the 410 still has the old original caps but Not that 210???? anyone know anything about this and where one might acquire such a sexy set of bleeder caps........Very interesting.....nice interview though.

...And the revised rear shock tower :) The vertical brace that's now on it, and to me it seems as if it has a bit more material on there too - I see it was already on the RTR (apparently), but it's still new to me!

As for the 410, the new ball cups on the rear of the 410 seem like they are made to allow more clearance between wheel and ball cup when the car is high on it's legs or in the air?

I saw them too, and found this on the TD webside!

Have a look at the #TD330563 and TD330564 too!
I also saw new alloy washers and weel hexes in different collors are coming as well.

And the new ball cups

I am also curious about these. Is this a new spec of plastics, or is it just grey colour tint to "spice things up"? :)

Anybody know anything?

I would say different material - Tamiya has black adjusters/ball cups as standard and sells 'low friction' ones seperately (which are grey like these and standard on the TRF cars). I guess TD might be trying out something similar...

New side pods as well, damn its like wheres waldo

Sorry he has the +8 on there.

Whats that upright in the 210 tower going to do?

I don't like the grey so much on the cups , BUT if they work well then Ill be really happy. Im still using my TD ones after boiling with no probs

Ellis has and will be helping us test out new products before their launch. Everything you see on Ellis's car will be hitting the the shelves of your local hobby stores soon.
We pass items on to our 'Factory Team' to approve the part and its performance benefit before we release it to the general public, so it's a good idea to pop over and check out your local factory team drivers for the latest parts on their cars.

I would be really interested as some one who has just bought a 410 V3 and is now looking at the plastic ball cups wandering if they do a better job (on his car) than the ones I've got on my brand new car.....

Having to by the Lundsford one for another £50....

The new ball joints are a good improvement over the current ones, but we are still just testing and tweaking them at the moment.

As Adam said though have a look over the team guys cars everyone and then. I have no problem if people want to look over mine even if I'm not there.

Good Call on finding that product on the TD site, I've seen the option colored wheel hexes , wing washers, and spacers on their site for quite some time now but kinda gave up on them ever being released......they've been there a long time now.....Lets hope this stuff actually makes it to us little guys sooner than later :wub
