4WD Round 4 (Dudley) - VENUE CHANGE

As most of you will be aware, the venue for the next round of the Regional series (due to be at Dudley) has been up in the air for a few weeks now.

I can however now announce that Coventry club will host this round of the series.

The track surface will most likely be Astro-turf.


I had sent out an e-mail early last week, but it appears not everyone received it. I will re-sent this e-mail again later this evening (when at home), and also post a current entry list.

If you can all pass on details of the venue change to fellow club members.

Yes, went again last night.

I even copied my work address in to make sure it went OK.

It would seem my mail server is playing silly buggers, so I'll logon via web-mail later and try again. If anyone does receive it later, can you reply to confirm.

As a few of you may know, during the past few weeks I have been trying to confirm the venue for the forthcoming round of the 4WD series (20th July).

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Dudley club are unable to secure their normal outdoor venue. They have tried several different options, but unfortunately they were unable to confirm a new venue.

It has therefore been agreed to move the event to the Coventry club. This is the same venue as the 2WD round earlier in the year.

All other details for the event will stay the same (ie Date, Times, Tyres, Class etc....) In addition, Coventry will also has catering on-site until around 1pm.

Below I have included a current entry list. If you are on the list, please can you reply to this e-mail to acknowledge the change of venue.

Of course if you are still to enter, please send the usual details to entry@brca-midwest.co.uk (entry@brca-midwest.co.uk)


I would like to thank both Dudley and Coventry clubs for their help and support during this period of uncertainty over venues.
