Same or use a ruler between the rear and front

I switch my radio and car on then hold the car up in the air by the rear wing so its 90 degrees to the setup board then use my camber gauge as if I was setting camber - it's just setting the toe instead this way :)

Personally i just do it by eye.

I use one of those green cutting mats with a grid design on it , I just line the centre of the car up with the centre of the mat & adjust , also the mat is flat enough to set camber too

i do it by eye at the min, but i want to be more accurate, i use the hudy gauges for 1/8th but dont wanna splash the cash on hudy gauges for 10th lol
