Progressive springs

Hi,I just wondered if you are all still using them or if you have got the std springs to work,also as what brand diff and shock oils are you all using?

I tried progressives, but went back to kit springs.

I'm using durango diff oils, currently 5000cst, 3000cst and 1000cst in each of my three diffs. I'm going to try 7000 and 2000 also next.
I've been very happy with 3000 front, 1000 rear on the super slippery tracks I race at, although the front can try overtake the rear putting the power down on high traction carpet, due to the light front oil transferring the power to the lighter rear (i've been told), so I'm going to try going heavier again to see if i can dial it out.

I've gone AE shock oils, as that's what I had.

Thanks for the info Neal,for a minute I thought you had got a centre gear diff lol,what wt oil and piston hole are you using?

atm I'm using Kit Diff oils 10k front and 5k rear, but I have some Durango 10k and 7k oils
Using kit shock oil in the rear on the 3 hole pistons and 35wt losi oil in the front with 3 hole pistons.

Might try change my diff oils to 7k front and 5k rear

using hpi shock oil and ae diff oils. current setup is

3k front diff, 2k rear diff in nearly all situations apart from carpet when i go 5k front 3 k rear

shocks are 3 hole 1.3mm front with 45 hpi oil (450 cst)
4 hole 1.4mm with 35 hpi oil 350 cst
for indoor temps and outside in the cold i drop to 350 front 250 rear

using ae springs and cups as the range is really good orange on front grey on rear

what difference would it make on carpet running kit diff oils to 5k and 3k,
would it be less understeer with thinner oil?

Are you running the BB ae springs?

compared to my usual 3/2 it gives more drive as doesnt diff out so quickly

and yes i use the ae big bore springs, normally grey on rear and orange or purple on the front
