carbon the grp chassis has a lot of flex

It depends a bit on your track surface.

Carbon is usually better for higher grip tracks because it is stiffer. It can also be better for smaller, tighter tracks where quick changes of direction are needed.

GRP is more flexible, and can therefore generate more of its own grip, so is better if your track grip is low.

However, both are tuneable - GRP front plate on a carbon chassis for more steering, carbon front plate on a GRP chassis for less steering.

I'd go for a carbon one myself though. It is easier to get more grip than to get rid of it. And it looks sooooooo much cooler too :-)
