k1 mesh?noisy

Hi
Have changed spur to rw one, tried 3 different pinions ( rw, schuy and robinsons) and its still real noisy mesh is spot on.
Being used with thunder power 6.5 motor.

Any ideas ?

After using mine for the first time yesterday mine seems a little noisy too?

Haven't run mine yet but apparently they settle down after a few runs !

I've run an rw spur gear but went back to the standard schumacher ones did'nt think much to the rw one to be honest plus they are slightly thinner than the schumacher ones so need a small shim on the layshaft to stop all the side ways movment im also using Thunder power 6.5 with rw and losi pinions all seems fine

They do settle down after a few runs so i wouldnt worry about it

Mines nearly silent useing 20 year old pinions rw spur and thunder power 7.5
