Tamiya esc teu 101-104-105BK

I'm after a couple of standard esc that come with modern day kits like a lunchbox. Eg. Teu-101BK, Teu-102BK, Teu-103-BK, Teu-104BK and Teu-105BK.
Prefer it to be new in packet with instructions but will consider anything.
