Hobao hyper 21. engine with exhaust and filter

Selling my hyper 21. engine, selling because I've converted my buggy to electric. Needs a little tune, as does every other engine, but is a good runner with good compression. Got a brand new air filter on it and will include a bottle of filter oil and spare filters. Exhaust is good, a little dent on it but works fine. Cooling head has few scratches and is in one piece. The pull start works best if the engine has been heated first, but works fine after heating, the one way bearing slips if the engine is cold, but I rebuilt the pull start so that works good. Will also need a new glow plug. I'm asking £35 including postage but will consider offers. Thanks
