RB6 set up sheet

I've got a couple of questions about the Kyosho set up sheet for the RB6 that I'm hoping somebody can answer. So starting at the front.

Front Suspension:

Caster: - 'spacer' - I presume this is under the caster/pivot block?
Block Position - 'in/out' - does this refer to the caster insert in the caster block and the position of the hole in the insert?

Rear suspension:

Suspension Holder Spacer - F/R 0.5 - 1.0 - None - is this spacers underneath the rear arm pivot blocks?

caster spacer is under the front bulkhead IE 25 degree one way 30 the other theres a small insert goes between chassis and the bulkhead
block in/out is the insert in the caster block as you said
Sus holder f/r is the spacers under the front rear and rear rear wishbone hanger brkts basically what you said again

I don't suppose you know what the difference in handling is when moving the caster block from in to out?

a wide front end will make the car safer in the corners but will also make it a little more docile, less steering response if you will,
