totally off topic - how much more power could I get out of my vito 108 cdi with a remap?

i'm currently using an abreib tuning box and it's crap.

In our experiance the tuning boxes are crap, and we advise people against them to avoid disapointment and wasted money. we regualy tune the 108 cdi up to 120 bhp, we are that confident you will be happy we offer a full money back guarantee

is that a safe 120? what about head temperatures? MPG? MOT emmissions?

one of the main issues I have with the tuning box is the idle speed - it's often all over the shop.

the van is in the workshop at the moment - whilst taking the chip out for the MOT, I disturbed the fuel lines and introduced air into the system... when that's fixed, we should have a chat :)

yes 120 is safe, its the same engine as the 110cdi vito which is remappable to 145bhp, mpg is upto 10% more and again emissions are within mot spec
