This is one car I'm really looking forward to rebuilding...

And after some inspiration from DerbyDan's WCS '93...voila.

Had the bead blasting done by John Butler (google search). Looks to have done a sterling job and for an excellent price.

The rest of the car is in bits...waiting on a few things in the post. But I need those '93 front arms...if anyone can help I'd be grateful. Good used condition is fine!

Eager to see this happen Naushad, need to get back to my 91 TBH, its sat for a while, some parts are a pain to get.
Tell you what though, if i can get my arms repro'd in nylon or you know anyone who will take the job on in the UK ill sort you my arms, there really nice condition, but i want nylon arms as i want to run this chassis and would like spares.

Try this guy, not sure where he's based but he seems to be printing some nice kyosho parts

I have a ton of yokomo parts, I'll see what I have, I suspect you are looking for wishbones, steering blocks and knuckles (the ones on your car won't fit the '93 wishbones)

I loved my dogfighter when I was a kid and this just takes me back. I had the car before the works yz10. Pity I don't still have it

I had a yz10 with shocks like that. 35 front, 30 rear, outer holes on wishbones, level wishbones and if the kit springs its dialed for grass. I won a major event with the standard kit that Jon Leonard gave me the day before, including shocks and springs. Very easy to drive and stable. Mind you the car you have looked stunning when drescher and cull used them. The cars were unbeatable.

Taken me a long time but I think I've sourced enough parts for a buggy rebuild

Had to use this copy of the 93 works manual together with a yz10 '94 one!

Waiting for a new genuine rear tower. Installed new yr4 bulkheads front and rear. Shocks were stripped and reanodised to silver then polished.

Had to break open these....not easy when you spend ages looking for these!

So more or less finished now. I've misplaced the wing buttons so will need to dig through my bits and pieces to find them. Also I'm missing a few white ball ends for the steering torque brace. Anyway...enjoy the rest of the pics...

Wow looks great, maybe I need to add a Yokomo to my collection
Are the white rod ends standard Yokomo fare?
What size balls do they take?

Naushad

I must check the size of the white rod ends but they are standard for the kit. I just need a pair!
