Toooo subjective, you can make the argument for virtually any car on the market

results wise this year its got to be the TM2, multiple A final winner of at least 2 seperate regions so far, A finalist at Broxtowe national (with 2 3rd place finishes in the 3 legged A final, and a 2nd in round score) 2 high B final finishes at the previous nationals.
Also very strong and reliable.
Best and most talked about new car of 2013

Losi 22, you can rag it around like a 4wd in mid motor fit and the metal chassis keeps it flat at all times. Also nice and simple velcro battery straps, no fiddly thumbscrews, my new 22 makes my old b4,s look like shopping trollies.

That's why he said "what's your view".
In my opinion, the TM2 is the best just as john said it's a great and strong car too drive with some great finishing places since it's release.

Had the best 2wd for a while, the durango 210. But i have just got the tm2,totally different to the 210.Its like driving a 4wd.
So for me its got to be the tm2 that takes the crown at the moment.

In my opinion all the latest cars are good but you have to look at parts availability and very important the look of the car as I have found in the past not just with me but people I know that if you don't like how the car looks you will never like the way it drives and my personal opinion is I like the look of the TM2 and no I don't have one I drive an x6 so go with what like

John makes a lot of sense, and is correct!!! The people that don't agree are living in the past Lol
The Team C TM2 is without doubt the best car out there at the moment!!!

I dont see why everyone is moaning about these threads popping up, it gives everyone a chance to display their RCPenis and talk about why the cars they are running are the best...
The best 2wd buggy will be the one you have because why the hell would you have bought it otherwise...

Perhaps the guy asking the original question doesn't have a car :p
Maybe if the title had been "what 2wd car do you have and why" he might have got better answers :)
Oh and your all wrong,it's the cougar sv2 I am selling hahaha

I have also had a re-think, i think the best car is the Tamiya Avante.
Why,
Because the man is awesome and looks like a real racing car driver with real controls for real racing.
:woot: OH NO!!!!! thats 4wd
Back to the question.:D

Your going to get people saying to get this or get that, personally I drive Dune Buggy (http://www.nitrotek.it/dune-buggy-1-10-scale-2wd-rc-car-with-led-lights.html), always has had great customer support, part availability, The big 1/8th scale dune buggy is just like the real deal with it's 2WD setup and amazing off road capabilities. The model is one of the coolest looking models on the market with a fantastic choice of colour schemes, The dune buggy is packed with features such as metal diff gears and metal transmission gears manufactured using the latest powder metallurgy method for maximum durability and will last even if you upgrade to a brushless setup later.

Certainly not the DEX210. Gearbox wasnt designed properly and lets the car down big time.
