Spend a bit more and get the screenhouse. Same as above, just goes up in 5 mins without any feeding of struts

Hold on, those screenhouses cant be great for sleeping in? their is no ground sheet.
What do you need it for OP actual camping or just a mobile pit station? if the latter then yea the screenhouse is fine, if you want a tent that you can camp in and use as a mobile pit station then something along the lines of highgear windermere or if you must have a pop up then quecha do large good size tents but depends on your budget

You can get sleep compartments for them as well. They are an added extra. I guess since you are stopping in it speed ot putting up and down aren't an issue too much

I bought this. 4 man, back room can have a divider to make 2 bedrooms. Living area big enough to pit in and 6ft high. It also goes up with 3 poles in 15 min.

We have had great service out of our Outwell tent. We have a Montana 6 for the whole family, a bit big for a weekend pit tent probably, although you won't be short of space! It has stood up to some severe weather and kept us dry. Take a look at Birdland 3 or Birdland 4. Separate sleeping and lounge/pit space and standing room throughout and good sized windows so you can see to pit if it is raining and you have to zip everything up.
Often some bargain used ones on eBay if you are prepared to collect:

This is a good resource to get real user reviews of a lot of different tents:
