We will be running another Chadderton Series one Sunday per month over the winter period and the dates are as follows:

20 October 2013
17 November 20113
15 December 2013
12 January 2014
16 February 2014
23 March 2014

Entries will be on a first come, first served basis and entries can be via Paypal

Entry fees are the same as last year

£10 per class
£10 for 2 meetings for U13s

You can Paypal entries £10 per class to entries@batleybuggyclub.com
to confirm your booking and enter race details ie which class, PT no etc.

Id love to do chadderton this time round. Do i need to pay for all meetings upfront?

You only need to enter and pay for Round 1 which then confirms your entry.

At the Round 1 meeting you will be given the opportunity to book in and pay for Round 2 and so on at each meeting so that you are always one meeting in front.

If I can't make round 1 can I still turn up to round 2 and race. What time does racing start and what time do we have to be there

It is unlikely that you will be able to just turn up for round 2. All places are able to be pre-booked for round 2 at the round 1 meeting.

If any places are left then they are opened up to others or you can pre-pay for Round 2 before the round 1 meeting.

As entries are received I update the confirmed entries list (top posting on forum) so that everyone can see when and who is booked in.

Once all the places have been taken then the meeting is full and a reserve list is started.

I operate this way for every round of the meeting so that it is clear to everyone and no favouritism is shown with regards to late entries etc - places are always allocated on a first come, first served basis. However, places are not confirmed until payment has been received.
