Tighter sticks

I'm using the KO universe, does anyone know how to tighten the tension springs for the sticks please!?

remove the rubber from the back of the tranny
undo all the screws the tranny will come apart really easy if it doesn't you've missed some screws some were don't force it open
inside the are two screws one for each side that are spring tensioners you cant miss them
