Hi everyone, this is my first post so don't be too hard on me! The switch on my ESC is very loose. I could cut the black and red wires and solder them together, but the problem is that it is a three wire switch with a setup button.
I've read of loose switches before on quite a few threads and it seems like an easy fix but everytime it is a three wire switch, the answer is that the setup button would become unusable. If I soldered the black and red wires together without cutting them and leave the third wire alone, so that all three wires still go into the switch, would the setup button still be able to be used?
The reasons why I don't just buy a new switch are, I can't seem to be able to buy one anywhere, it would make it quite untidy having to cut the three small wires and solder them individually and finally, the car wouldn't be able to turn itself off anymore during a race!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
