Large scale racing in North East - Interested ?

I am trying to gauge the level of interest in opening a large scale circuit in the North east, there is potentially an onroad and or an offroad circuit on Teesside, it could even be oval circuit racing like they do in Nottingham, possibly on loose or tarmacadam with modified FG Marder buggies as stockcars.

If anyone is interested could they please confirm what form of racing they would prefer, and whether indeed they already have a large scale
