Hi
I'm looking for a club for me and my son to join - the 2 tracks here look fantastic.
Is the track open all year round for practice sessions?

Hi there,if your free on Wednesday evenings you can pop down and have a chat with James,he's the guy that owns it. Alternatively you can PM James on here and he'll tell you all you need to know:thumbsup:
There should be a few of us there this Wednesday if you can make it(Weather permitting).

Thanks Phill.
Is there a meeting this weekend? If so, do you know if it's ok to pop down and spectate.

I don't think there's a meeting this weekend(maybe someone knows different)but if you can make it Wednesday you can bring your cars with you and have a run round. It's £5 for the night.
Usually there's not enough turn up to race so James sets the computer up to do lap times and we use the evening as practice and set up time.

We have sold all the 1/8th gear and looking for a couple of 1/10th buggies. What's popular around RHR?

You'll see all the brands on that track bud, just buy what you fancy in my opionion. Cant go wrong with any of the main brands at the min. Durango's are a real good buy at the min, 95 quid for 2wd and 130 for 4wd.

I second what Danny says really, you can get "TWO" Dex210's for £189.99 at the moment from MB Models. I paid,as many others have done, that much for one. Top car as well.

I finally decided on a buggy and started building it today (Schumacher K1).
Can you tell me what turn motor I should buy for RHR and astro in general?

Your best bet would be to have a look on the shuey section. Their should be a set up thread at the top of the page.

There doesn't seem to be a section for the K1.
I just wondered what turn motor people run in their 4wd at this track.
I have been advised to use a 6.5.

Yes a 6.5 is what you will want for 4wd at 90% of venues..
