After some cheap tyres purely for messing around, pref mini spikes. Dont really wanna pay £8 for the Schumachers.
Whats the cheapest out there?

Thanks mate, I picked up a set of those a few weeks ago. Not used them yet though. This may sound cheap, but I did wonder if you could get a set even cheaper
£5.99 gets you these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UK380-2-x-1-10-After-Buggy-Tires-for-HPI-off-road-RC-Car-/121162371044?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item1c35d70fe4 downside for me is I have a DEX210 with 14mm hex, whereas most have 12mm hex. If you can buy wheels (aswell as inserts I assume) & tyres for £5.99, why doesnt anyone sell just tyres for less than £6

What surface are you wanting to use these tyres on? If Tarmac, maybe some of the treaded tyres (proline etc) would be suitable? I suspect these have a good wear rate.
If by messing about, you mean practice, it really is worth practicing as close to race trim as possible...

Have a look at www.rc-pitbox.com (http://www.rc-pitbox.com) in the sale items section. Lots of clearance tyres available.
