Hi Guys

Just finished my DEX210 build and looking to get a truck. I know TD do one based on the DEX but I'd be looking for something else to build.

Not going to race to be honest, but I do appreciate a good build and good quality. So, cutting to the chase what I'm after is:

1. Up to a few hundred quid for the kit only
2. Must be a kit, no RTR
3. 1/10 scale ideally
4. Will likely not be actually raced (nothing nearby)

Something like a Team C truggy would be ideal but it seems you can really get them here easily?

Just wondering if you guys have advice on what meets the needs and is good to build?

The associated T4.2 is great out the box . Strong easy to drive and no need to buy upgrades

The kit seems more expensive than the RTR, is the kit a better spec as per TD kits?

Have you considered the Hobao Hyper TT? I recently bought one for messing around with, it's a great bit of kit for the money and makes a good racer too if needed. Here's mine: https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn2/1395291_10151962565510210_878201019_n.jpg

Personally, I like the build quality of the TLR 22T - built like a tank. Similar to the TLR 22 buggy, it can be built in rear and mid motor configuration. So if you stil decide to race it some day, you can adjust to whatever track surface you're racing on. I think it's also reasonably priced... so this might be another option for you.

Cheers,
Chris
