Shropshire Winter Series 2013/14

Shropshire Winter Series 2013/14 This winter we will be running an Inter-club series with Oswestry Radio Car Club. The series will be run over 6 rounds 3 at each venue and will cater for 1/10 2wd and 4wd buggy's as well as short course trucks and micros!

Dates and Venues are shown below as well as addresses for both clubs. Both Venues are indoor carpet/wooden floor surfaces.

Details on how to book in etc will be released soon!

Entry fee is £8 for 1 class and £5 for second class
Late entry fee would be £10 &£7 and put in first heat

Booking in is open on www.eastshrewsburybrc.com
The doors will open at 8am booking in at 8.30 and drivers briefing at 9am and practice will start at 9.30 and each round will start hourly to give time for charging.

Round 1 will now be at East Shrewsbury due to an issue with the venue at Oswestry on the 13th October.

You guys have any pictures of the track at Shrewsbury? Is it carpet/astro? What tyres work etc... Looking to come down!

We will be racing in a sports hall so the track will be different for each event ,it will be mixed carpet and polished wood .
We will have some jumps they are being made now so not sure what they will turn out like . as for tyres would think it will be mini pins for 1/10th and rally blocks for micros .

Just a reminder that discounted booking in will close at midday on Saturday 12th October. Any entries received after midday or anyone turning up on the day without pre booking will be charged full price.
