When I built the K1 I had the shock shaft all the way out before placing the bladder on top which I believe is full rebound.
I ran the car indoors and noticed it was a bit bouncy over the mats.
I just wondered how others have their shock rebound set.

Most people do the exact opposite to what you have done, they push the shock shaft fully in and then fit the bladder and shock cap. What is happening with your shocks is as the shock is being compressed more volume is being taken up inside the shock by the shock shaft, this will try and compress the oil as the volume inside has reduced, this then acts as another spring. It's best to build shocks so that without any spring on the shock shaft will not be forced out.

PS the optional bleeder caps make building and bleeding shocks very easy.

I will set them with the shaft all the way in.
Thanks for that.
