Think their 3 settings. But not sure how to do with out the program box.

Hey buddy,

You can get a program card for it: http://www.speedpassion.net/en/productDetails.asp?p=SPESCPB01&c=OPT but with only three options it may not be worth it.

You can change the settings without it. Get the DEX210 manual here: http://www.team-durango.com/pdf/manuals/TD102014/210RTR%20Quick%20Start%20Guide.pdf and look at page 6 onwards. Also worth following the throttle/neutral/brake setup too, else it may not be fully calibrated for your transmitter.
