East Of England A.G.M---AMENDED DATE.

This will be held at the Three Kings Pub at Fornham All Saints just out side Bury St. Edmunds, on Tuesday 3 December, starting at 7.30pm As per the A.G.M earlier this year if you wish to order food and eat during the meeting that will be fine.

Please let me know if you intend to come so I have an idea of numbers attending.

B- 2014 Regional rounds, dates, venues
C- 2014 Classes for 2014 (support class)
D- Control Tyres
E- 2014 Race Format
F- 2014 Entry Fees
G- Booking in...
H- Referee
I- Regional bank account

I am hoping that we will be able to vote and adopt matters which will stay in place for the whole of the 2014 season.
I am hoping the meeting will finish around 10.30pm and we will probably have a short break halfway.
