Bmax 4 II front shock shaft

Does any other front shock shafts fit the BM4 II?

From the III or MR2 or other brands?

Should be the same, at least if it is a Max II WN with the X-Shocks II. If you have the older shocks, they should still work, but I am not sure if the length of both versions is exactly the same. If in doubt, change the shafts on both shocks.
