Can I replace the speed passion reventon R capacitor 2200uf 25v for 330uf 16v or 470uf 35v because its smaller?

You'll be fine with a parallel capacitor array such as these:

http://www.rccarshop.co.uk/index.php/electrics/power-caps/hw86030030-hobbywing-power-capacitor.html

Capacitors in parallel (values) are additive, so an array of smaller capacitors add up to a larger value of overall capacitance, however retain the faster charge and discharge properties of smaller (single) value capacitor. It's more efficient electrically, better for heat build up and deals with the ripple currents more effectively, reducing the overall load on the ESC. Single larger value electrolytic capacitors are in effect cheaper and not as efficient as the parallel array. Heat build up and load on esc will be greater with a single larger value cap.

The capacitor arrays tend to use a higher quality solid aluminium capacitor, while single larger valued caps are of the radial electrolytic type.

No need to use a 35V rated capacitor, 16V is all that's required.

Other advantages of the array are that you can locate them away from the esc with wires to position them in a better location for your install. While it's best to keep them as short as possible, you can generally get them in the position you want with no real measurable loss in performance (at 2S/7.4V).

SP is same as the orca and hobbywing, just customised branding. They are all out the hobbywing factory in China.
