Hi Guys,

Am I missing a trick or could someone tell me an easy way to get the outer flanges onto the small pulleys e.g. Step 2 A and Step 4 A of the manual?

They push on easily the wrong way round but I cannot for the life of me get them on the right way round!!

Thanks for your help.

Thats what i thought but they do go on. They almost snap tight on. Have you checked if you have got window masks yet. I didnt have them!

Put them on partially, then put them down on a flat hard surface and push.

If its still tough, warm them up under a hot tap - just the plastic, not the alloy.

I found this.
I got one side on then just gently squeezed the other end on with a pair of pliers
I didn't get window masks either, so i've just used some revell paint stop instead :)

My technique too. Get one side in then push hard with thumbs on other, or with pliers.

Had to do same with my Mi2EC. It's tough, but they stay on

Same as chris and adam but placed a towl over it and used the handle end of a screwdriver to push it on:)
