brca online renewal issues

Hi
Has anyone else had issues doing this ?
The website is not sending me an email with my logging in details.
Have checked the usual spam folder etc.
Have rung the membership secretary but understand he works normal hours like rest of us.
This has been ongoing for a few weeks so thought i would leave it as it may have been the site swamped.

So i take it you registered to the BRCA website and awaiting confirmation for user details and password to your account;

This may take a few days for this information to come through the only other way of doing your Licence is downloading the form filing it in and posting it off

Im already registered just waiting for site to resend my username and password.

I did mine last night. no issues whatsoever. had done the password reset the night before.

checked your spam/junk mail folder?

Yup ive done same have checked spam/junk nowt there
Its an aol email i have so wondering if site dosent like it

I had the same problem and I'm using an aol email address in the end I download the form and sent it off the old school way using a cheque.
Only took a week.

I done mine on Thursday night no problems come on Monday good service !!

I had a problem with the brca website , it wouldn't reconise my password , even tho i've been a member for years and always kept the same password for this and pretty much everything else !!. Emailed them , and had a reply withing 2hrs , my password was reset , that was sunday and my new brca card arrived today ..:thumbsup:

I had massive problems last year as I have four people in the household needing to join, bit of a nightmare with all the passwords and Email accounts:bored: The initial set up of accounts was tedious

Now have everything written down and this year all worked a dream:thumbsup: cards arrived few days later, bare with it and send an email to the admin, he was helpful even if as a computer hater I understood half of what he said :blush:
