anyone else having this error message when they try and use doughty.net?


There appears to be an error with the DoughtyUK Forum NEW database.
You can try to refresh the page by clicking here (javascript:window.location=window.location;), if this does not fix the error, you can contact the board administrator by clicking here (chris@doughtyuk.net?subject=SQL+Error)

Error Returned

you using any differnt templates chris? Do you back-up ur SQL databease? Try re-loading s back-up, reloading the template ;)

havent got a clue what your talking about ??!!, can anyone get on doughty or is it just me :cool:

Seems it's crashed. I was on there earlier yesterday evening, and all was well.

OK, I got it back, seems half my SQL database was missing!! very strange, that should not just happen,

for the moment, I have restored one from the 25/10/2006 so posts and stuff that you made after that date will not be here. Sorry.

I am going to check with my host and see what happened.

if you notice anything not working then please let me know, anything that was here but is now not here then also let me know that as well.

thats strange, either there are some kind internet hackers out there, or my Host restore a recent backup for me.

it seems back to how it was 'recently'

I am fully trained in the art of backup and recovery and DR situations. that is 1/4 of my 'real' job

its just my site is of less importance than my family so I generally don't get time to do it from home, and from work the CP port is blocked so I can't do it from here.

If I loose 2 weeks of posts on my forum, the world wont end, not for me anyway
