heres roughly what i had on my Vega.

37 1\2 front oils
32 1\2 rear
black front springs
pink rears
3000 gear diff
middle hole 3 up from bottom on rear link and middle hole on the hub with 0.5mm washer.
shock positions were middle on tower and middle on wishbones front and rear.
1.5mm under the front links.
1 degree front camber with 0 toe
1 degree rear camber.
3 degree rear toe block.

hope this helps mate. I race at maritime every week. Ill be in my tlr hoodie so if you need help with this car or your 22-4 (i see you posted about set up in another thread) don't hesitate to ask for any help mate :)
