Xb4 wishbone stiffeners

Anyone out there tried the carbon wishbone stiffeners & if so do they make much difference to the handling or are they just a bit a gimmick?
Same with the full length top deck? Any different? Fancy trying them but can't help thinking they'll not make much difference.
Let me know you experiences guys.

Couple of guys ran them at silver stone on the XB4/2wd (I wasn't one of them as didn't buy them yet) and they seemed to make the car more stable on the high grip astro when I watched them compared to without

Did they use front and back?

Been using then at silverstone and they do seem to sharpen it up a touch. Will try them back to back on Tuesday and report back if it's of interest?

Seems to work well but, maybe due to low outside temp here, I've seen some breakage, twice from the same guy at the same place.

Same spot, if you look at xray pictures there's an area left without carbon "plating" and they seems to broke easy right at the end of the plate, maybe because all the flex the wishbone might have left is applied on a very short plastic part.

That make me change my mind about them as wishbones are very solid stock.

I have used them but only on carpet so far. I didn't expect them to make any noticeable difference but was actually surprised with the results. I started without them and once grip levels increased I put both front and rear ones on, they made the car sharper feeling, more precise and little more stable.
I'm not using them every meet but i like them being there if required :thumbsup:

I have tried these at Chadderton on the 4wd and it made the car slightly more direct(twitchyer) which helped on low traction.

Just after some general advice on these do they add or take away grip to the end that they're added to?
